PANDA | The Women Leadership Network is a cross-industry event series and network for (future) women leaders. We're on a mission to contribute to a future where leadership positions are held 50/50 by women and men. PANDA brings female leaders together for exchange, peer feedback and networking. We aim to connect women with companies and opportunities. We want to empower women in all industries to share their experiences and ideas, to encourage and support each other. A leadership career is challenging. Being able to adapt to new situations, quickly diving into complex topics, convincing people to follow your path as well as stepping back and learning from others is key to be an inspiring and successful leader. PANDA flagship events offer the chance for practice and exchange on leadership topics in a mix of group challenges, feedback sessions and networking phases that provide the attendees with insights, impulses for their personal development and valuable contacts.

Embrace your Family Chaos - Agile Methoden für eine Chancengleiche Karriere (nicht nur) in der IT

Nicht selten hat eine Person in der Familie alle Familien-/Kinder-relevanten Aufgaben im Kopf und trägt damit den Mental Load der Familie. Wenn man es aber schafft, diesen Mental Load auf mehrere Köpfe zu verteilen, ist das ein Schritt in Richtung einer chancengleichen Karriere mit Familie. Die Anwendung agiler Methoden amd dem IT Projektmanagement (Kanban, Scrum, Agiles Manifest) und eine „Fail Fast“ Einstellung können den Organisationsaufwand rund um eine Familie auf mehrere Köpfe verteilen, Kinder aktiv einbinden und mehr Gleichberechtigung in die Karriere und die Care-Arbeit bringen.
