Your tasks include

  • Support with the analysis, conception, and implementation of HR software solutions and digitalisation initiatives in the HR department
  • Involvement in HR-IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle – from planning to implementation.
  • Collaboration with internal specialist departments, external service providers, and software manufacturers
  • Contribution to the optimisation and further development of digital HR processes and systems

What you bring with you

  • Current full-time studies in Computer Science (Business Informatics) or a comparable field
  • High affinity for digitalisation, HR tech and IT innovations
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as a quick grasp of things.
  • Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant approach to work
  • Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Willingness to undergo a security vetting process in accordance with the Hamburg Security Vetting and Secrecy Act (HmbSÜGG)
