ResetArtificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the way we live, work and interact. Infineon is actively shaping this change by utilising, supporting and empowering AI to create a more sustainable and digital future. But here's the challenge: can AI really help us decarbonise the world, or does its own hunger for data and energy threaten to make things worse? In this talk, Infineon will explore how they are addressing this contradiction - by using AI not only to optimise their own operations, but also to enable greener technologies for their customers.

ResetEvery second, the Large Hadron Collider creates an avalanche of collisions. We capture it, process it to unveil discoveries about our universe. From sparks in a detector to scientific breakthroughs-everything starts with managing data effectively.
And we don't do this alone. The Worldwide LHC Computing Grid connects 160 institutes and thousands of scientists worldwide. We share openly-our raw data, our publications, even our technologies. We build networks with partners in order to develop tomorrow's tools together.
The future? Bigger, faster, smarter. We'll keep supporting 15,000 scientists, while exploring AI, quantum, and while establishing new policies that will continue to enable open and ethical research. And we're training the next generation too-students, interns, PhDs. I'm proof that CERN isn't only for physicists. The doors are open for anyone ready to shape the future.

ResetThe digital world moves fast - too fast for experience alone to keep up. This keynote dialogue highlights how reverse mentoring helps leaders close the gap by learning directly from younger colleagues about new technologies, trends, and digital behaviors. At the same time, mentoring allows Gen Z to benefit from wisdom, leadership skills, and resilience. By anchoring both in community, women and Gen Z can become powerful agents of change: challenging assumptions, fostering curiosity, and creating intergenerational bridges that future-proof both people and organisations.

ResetLLM systems are not only "jailbroken" - they can be compromised indirectly via websites, PDFs, emails and RAG data. Cedric "Morpheus" Moessner shows the current attack patterns: prompt injections, prompt leaks, spec evasion and data/RAG poisoning. We separate jailbreaks vs. indirect injections, look at typical attack surfaces (retrievers, tools, plugins) and show compact countermeasures.
This is LLM-AppSec, so to speak, and a completely new area of IT security

ResetWhether our work and life are healthy, fulfilling and effective is often decided at precisely this point:
The ability to really know ourselves.
Many people believe they know exactly who they are. However, inner beliefs and drivers such as "Try hard!" or "Be perfect!" often control us as if on autopilot. If we are not aware of them, they cause stress and prevent us from realising our potential.
In this masterclass you will learn ...

ResetIn the 1960s, mainframe computers dominated the market-they were huge, expensive, and accessible to only a few. In the 1970s and 1980s, personal computers arrived and turned a purely technical decision into a strategic business decision:
Which system, which equipment, which training?
Today, we are once again at such a turning point - with the leap from classic to generative AI. In this presentation, you will learn why AI is not an ordinary tool, why the choice of the "operating system" for artificial intelligence must be well thought out both from a regulatory and strategic perspective, and why digital sovereignty plays a central role in this.
AI Strategy Institute will shed light on how this complex decision can be broken down in such a way that it becomes practical for every company - and what specifically needs to be done. After all, we have been here before. Today, almost everyone uses a computer. Perhaps the step into the AI era is easier than you think.
Vita Lang:
Tristan Post is the founder of the AI Strategy Institute, lecturer in "AI for Innovation and Entrepreneurship" at the Technical University of Munich - a course that attracts over 1,000 students every semester - and faculty member for AI at the Boston Consulting Group.
He is a member of the Digital Committee of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Previously, he built and led one of Europe's largest startup incubators for artificial intelligence, worked as an AI strategist and AI product owner, and has more than eight years of teaching experience in higher education and AI.
He advises startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, large corporations, public organisations, and governments on understanding and successfully deploying AI. Since 2019, Tristan has been accredited under the UK Professional Standards Framework for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.

ResetThe ITCS is aimed at professionals and students with IT experience.
Please noteThis is not a training fair. Participation from the age of 18.
The ITCS takes place in the MOC Event Centre in Hall 3. The MOC is located at Lilienthalallee 40.
There is also a multi-storey car park right next to Hall 4 if you are coming by car. You can get off the underground at Freimann or Kieferngarten station and walk a few minutes. You can find all travel options here.
Many companies post their current jobs online in their profiles in advance, so you can find out in advance. You can also find all jobs at a glance in our Job listings. A visit to the stand is worthwhile even without a specific tender.
A good place to start is to take a look at the company profiles. There you will not only find the current jobs, but also exciting insights into the corporate culture, benefits and sometimes even impressions of everyday working life. This way, you can get an idea of the company before the fair and decide which companies you would like to talk to.
Also use the Chat Dateto secure appointments in advance. As soon as the programme is online, you can make a note of interesting talks in your calendar. Also keep an eye on the events page, where you will regularly find new information and updates.
Of course, your visit to the ITCS costs you nothing!
This is made possible by our exhibitors, who finance the trade fair. For you, this means: simply come, discover and enjoy the day carefree.
Only external services such as the cloakroom or bistro are not free, but everything to do with the ITCS is.
With the Chat Date, you can easily get in touch with exciting companies. About our Chat Date Form send us your CV and select which companies you are particularly interested in.
We will forward your documents as a speculative application to your chosen company. If your profile matches, they will get in touch with you and arrange an interview directly at the ITCS. This way, you start the day at the fair with the best contacts and are one step ahead of other applicants.
All stages at the ITCS are freely accessible, so you don't need to register to attend a lecture. It is best to arrive about five minutes before the start so that you can secure a good seat in peace. If you are late, you can of course still join us, just make sure you disturb the others as little as possible.
After each presentation, there will be a Q&A with the speakers where you can ask your questions. And if you fancy a longer conversation or discussion, you may even be invited directly to the speakers' stand or the networking area.
You must register in advance for a masterclass. Registration is usually activated during the week of the trade fair - you can then simply add it to your already booked ticket. You will also receive an extra email from us with all the information.
