This presentation shows how diversity drives innovation and why lateral entrants are the real game changers. Be inspired to discover your own superpower and rethink tech!

ResetDiving deep beyond the Erratic with this keynote Teophanu is inviting you to contemplating on her recent insights as artist in research residence at SOCIOPLEASURE. "Insights on bowing out of growth, taking leave of making sense, of activism, of creating confidence, embracing the post-purpose era, the erratic, silence, hush, stillness, contemplation, deepening ..then I thought, well, pour something over it to cover the traces of your mind and of your thought. so I poured sour milk over these objects. this is the way I found out that sour milk could give me satisfaction.
emanating from post-modern philosophy, post-war art history, post-purpose cultural theory my language-based, vernacular, essayistic and confectionery art is what I refer to as fierce luxury. the conceptual framework of fierce luxury is sociopleasure, is the struggle to depict and contain the passing of time and the personal voice and place in space and time"

ResetWhen we open computer science books or follow tech conferences, we mainly encounter men. Men who have invented things, who explain technology or who act as experts. At the same time, we keep hearing: "We need female role models in the tech sector! Women need to be more daring, take centre stage, be louder!" But is that really what needs to happen?
In her talk, Lea Schönberger shows why the way we talk about tech and the history of technology is problematic. She talks about women who have made important contributions but are largely unknown and explains how she wants to create space for the stories of female computer scientists of yesterday and today with her podcast "Computer Science for the Modern Housewife".

ResetAI brings many opportunities for innovation to many industries but banks in particular. However, it also comes with new risks which we need to tackle. Hence building models is crucial but also a well-functioning model validation is key to long-term success and trustworthy AI implementation. ResetMoving to Germany taught me that leadership isn't just about skills - it's about identity.
As an expat, you're constantly navigating differences: in culture, in systems, in how people define success. At first, I thought I needed to adapt, to fit in, to prove myself.
But Germany taught me something else: true leadership isn't about blending in, it's about bringing clarity and vision strong enough to inspire across those differences.
I learnt that when you lead with vision:
✨ People don't just follow you - they align with you.
✨ You don't need to have all the answers - you need to hold the direction.
✨ Leadership is less about authority - and more about the courage to stand in who you are.
Germany as a home to my growth and development for 13 long eventful years, has taught me that leadership is built in the tension between science and soul.
Science gave me the tools: clarity, systems, the ability to measure and analyse.
Soul gave me the compass: vision, resilience, and the courage to act even when the evidence wasn't there yet.
And the magic happens when you don't choose between them.
You integrate both - and lead from the wholeness of who you are.
As a scientist and a human, I discovered that visionary leadership is what transforms uncertainty into opportunity. And it's not just for international life - it's for anyone navigating complexity, change, or environments where the rules aren't written for you.
Vision isn't a luxury. It's your compass! During this talk, I'll inspire you to see that for yourself too.

ResetIn a world overloaded with pressure, speed, and constant change, most leaders are stuck in reactive mode - managing tasks instead of shaping futures. But innovation doesn't come from panic or perfection. It comes from vision.
In this masterclass, Dr Sara Hegy - award-winning scientist, executive coach, and founder of GenX Leadership Academy - reveals how visionary leadership transforms teams, cultures, and careers. You'll learn how to move from firefighting to future-building, how to create clarity when everything feels uncertain, and how to communicate a purpose so powerful it pulls people forward.
Expect grounded tools, science-backed insights, and a refreshing, no-fluff approach that balances emotional intelligence with strategic clarity.
⚠️ Please come ready to play a little, laugh, learn deeply, and be moved by stories. This session requires openness, honesty, and the willingness to give permission to be led without politics - so you can experience what visionary leadership feels like in action.
This is for leaders who want to stop leading by default - and start leading with purpose, courage, and vision that outlasts them.
Materials required: This workshop doesn't teach you something you read. It's not theory, not slides full of jargon. It's a space - open, insightful, and real. A space where you'll discover simple yet powerful elements of leadership you may have overlooked... but that change everything once you see them. Because leadership isn't about knowing more. It's about seeing differently, leading differently, and becoming someone people want to follow. 💬 I want to hear from you. What are your biggest challenges in leadership in tech? Share them with me here 👉 https://tellonym.me/sarahegy or by email at sara@sarahegy.com I'll be answering them directly in the upcoming masterclass. ✨ Everything you share is welcomed - and will stay 100% anonymous and confidential. I look forward to serving you and creating a space where we can laugh, learn deeply, and grow together. Cheers, Sara

ResetOver 500 exhibitors are already successfully recruiting at ITCS events!
We unite Tech conference, job fair and Festival into a unique event format - lively, inspiring and full of possibilities. Our trade fairs create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere in which you as an exhibitor can network with Tekkies in an informal setting.
The ITCS is aimed at professionals and students with IT experience.
Please noteThis is not a training fair. Participation from the age of 18.
The ITCS takes place at Messe Frankfurt, Hall 1.2. Access is via the "City entrance".
There are public car parks in the immediate vicinity, for example in the Skyline Plaza shopping centre.
You can get off the underground directly in front of the door at the Festhalle/Messe stop.
NoteIf you take the S-Bahn to the Messe station, you will have to walk at least 15 minutes as it is on the other side of the Messe. We recommend the underground.
Many companies post their current jobs online in their profiles in advance, so you can find out in advance. You can also find all jobs at a glance in our Job listings. A visit to the stand is worthwhile even without a specific tender.
A good place to start is to take a look at the company profiles. There you will not only find the current jobs, but also exciting insights into the corporate culture, benefits and sometimes even impressions of everyday working life. This way, you can get an idea of the company before the fair and decide which companies you would like to talk to.
You can also use the chat date to book appointments in advance. As soon as the programme is online, you can make a note of interesting talks in your calendar. Also keep an eye on the events page, where you will regularly find new information and updates.
Of course, your visit to the ITCS costs you nothing!
This is made possible by our exhibitors, who finance the trade fair. For you, this means: simply come, discover and enjoy the day carefree.
Only external services such as the cloakroom or bistro are not free, but everything to do with the ITCS is.
With the Chat Date, you can easily get in touch with exciting companies. About our Chat Date Form send us your CV and select which companies you are particularly interested in.
We will forward your documents as a speculative application to your chosen company. If your profile matches, they will get in touch with you and arrange an interview directly at the ITCS. This way, you start the day at the fair with the best contacts and are one step ahead of other applicants.
All stages at the ITCS are freely accessible, so you don't need to register to attend a lecture. It is best to arrive about five minutes before the start so that you can secure a good seat in peace. If you are late, you can of course still join us, just make sure you disturb the others as little as possible.
After each presentation, there will be a Q&A with the speakers where you can ask your questions. And if you fancy a longer conversation or discussion, you may even be invited directly to the speakers' stand or the networking area.
You must register in advance for a masterclass. Registration is usually activated during the week of the trade fair - you can then simply add it to your already booked ticket. You will also receive an extra email from us with all the information.
Please notePlaces are very limited and therefore book up quickly. Only book if you can really take part and have the necessary prior knowledge.
If you don't get a place, it's still worth taking a look directly on site: with a bit of luck, there are still a few places left.
