Every second, the Large Hadron Collider creates an avalanche of collisions. We capture it, process it to unveil discoveries about our universe. From sparks in a detector to scientific breakthroughs-everything starts with managing data effectively.

And we don't do this alone. The Worldwide LHC Computing Grid connects 160 institutes and thousands of scientists worldwide. We share openly-our raw data, our publications, even our technologies. We build networks with partners in order to develop tomorrow's tools together.

The future? Bigger, faster, smarter. We'll keep supporting 15,000 scientists, while exploring AI, quantum, and while establishing new policies that will continue to enable open and ethical research. And we're training the next generation too - students, interns, PhDs. Enrica proves that CERN isn't only for physicists. The doors are open for anyone ready to shape the future.

Did you turn on the lights today? Is your phone charged? Did you already enjoy a coffee or tea this morning?

In a world full of electronics and electrical appliances, energy is the blood that runs through the veins of every day life and keeps the heart pumping.

How can AI amplify the way that energy is distributed and served to our homes? How is E.ON making sure that heating grids keep your home warm and run sustainably?

Let's have a look at these and more use cases together and find out how E.ON keeps the heart pumping!

Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the way we live, work and interact. Infineon is actively shaping this change by utilising, supporting and empowering AI to create a more sustainable and digital future. But here's the challenge: can AI really help us decarbonise the world, or does its own hunger for data and energy threaten to make things worse? In this talk, Infineon will explore how they are addressing this contradiction - by using AI not only to optimise their own operations, but also to enable greener technologies for their customers.

Life and the world of work are constantly challenging us. Change, uncertainty and high demands are part of everyday life - but why do some people remain stable even in turbulent times and even emerge stronger from crises, while others falter?

The decisive factor is not just how much we achieve or how disciplined we are, but how well we understand ourselves. If you know your inner psychological patterns, beliefs and needs, you can act more consciously, set boundaries more clearly and remain stable and able to act even in difficult moments.

Look forward to new perspectives, strategies suitable for everyday life and valuable impulses that will help you to strengthen your own resilience and not only master challenges, but even grow from them.

Tech is full of brilliant women - but too many are still working twice as hard to be heard, trusted, and taken seriously. The pressure to prove, the constant balancing act between expertise and visibility, and the unspoken rules of male-driven environments leave many women drained, undervalued, or questioning their place.

In this talk, Dr Sara Hegy - award-winning scientist, executive coach, and expat founder - will show women in tech how to shift from overperforming to leading with presence and influence. You'll discover how to turn your vision into your edge, set boundaries that protect your energy, and build the confidence to lead unapologetically. Expect practical tools, refreshing honesty, and empowering strategies that help you thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments without sacrificing yourself.

This session is for women in tech who are ready to break the code - to lead not by fitting in, but by standing out*.

*⚠️ Please come ready to be inspired by stories.

This talk requires curiosity and an open heart.

Cybersecurity is one of the most exciting, but also one of the most male-dominated industries in IT; in Germany, the proportion of women is less than 15 %. In my talk, Hai Rüdiger shares her personal perspective on what it means to be a woman working in cybersecurity: Opportunities, challenges and the responsibility to be a role model. She shows why diversity is crucial, especially in security-critical areas such as cybersecurity, for innovation, better risk analyses and more trust in technology. At the same time, it provides insights into how Wavestone CSE puts women in tech into practice - through role models, mentoring, promotion and diversity as part of the corporate culture.

In order to defend yourself effectively, it is necessary to understand the attacker's side and to see through the complexity of modern systems. This is exactly what Capture the Flags (CTFs) are about: participants look through IT systems, find vulnerabilities and steal a flag as proof. In this presentation, Simon Bußmann gives an insight into how CTFs train and challenge these skills in a playful way.

LLM systems are not only "jailbroken" - they can be compromised indirectly via websites, PDFs, emails and RAG data. Cedric "Morpheus" Moessner shows the current attack patterns: prompt injections, prompt leaks, spec evasion and data/RAG poisoning. Regulated organisations such as public authorities, hospitals and insurance companies face the challenge of using AI technologies without violating compliance regulations or losing control of critical data. Cloud-based AI solutions are often not an option for these organisations as they would have to entrust sensitive data to external providers. This presentation will introduce an innovative solution that brings AI directly into an organisation's own IT infrastructure while meeting the highest security and compliance standards.

In the 1960s, mainframe computers dominated the market-they were huge, expensive, and accessible to only a few. In the 1970s and 1980s, personal computers arrived and turned a purely technical decision into a strategic business decision:

Which system, which equipment, which training?

Today, we are once again at such a turning point - with the leap from classic to generative AI. In this presentation, you will learn why AI is not an ordinary tool, why the choice of the "operating system" for artificial intelligence must be well thought out both from a regulatory and strategic perspective, and why digital sovereignty plays a central role in this.

AI Strategy Institute will shed light on how this complex decision can be broken down in such a way that it becomes practical for every company - and what specifically needs to be done. After all, we have been here before. Today, almost everyone uses a computer. Perhaps the step into the AI era is easier than you think.

Tristan Post is the founder of the AI Strategy Institute, lecturer in "AI for Innovation and Entrepreneurship" at the Technical University of Munich - a course that attracts over 1,000 students every semester - and faculty member for AI at the Boston Consulting Group.

He is a member of the Digital Committee of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Previously, he built and led one of Europe's largest startup incubators for artificial intelligence, worked as an AI strategist and AI product owner, and has more than eight years of teaching experience in higher education and AI.

He advises startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, large corporations, public organisations, and governments on understanding and successfully deploying AI. Since 2019, Tristan has been accredited under the UK Professional Standards Framework for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.

Whether our work and life are healthy, fulfilling and effective is often decided at precisely this point:

The ability to really know ourselves.

Many people believe they know exactly who they are. However, inner beliefs and drivers such as "Try hard!" or "Be perfect!" often control us as if on autopilot. If we are not aware of them, they cause stress and prevent us from realising our potential.

In this masterclass you will learn ...

  • why knowledge about ourselves is the linchpin for a healthy, productive (working) life,
  • how this knowledge helps us to remain resilient in times of change,
  • and which methods lead to more clarity, inner strength and self-efficacy. You can also experience these for yourself in the session.

Become an exhibitor 💺

Over 500 exhibitors are already successfully recruiting at ITCS events!

We unite Tech conference, job fair and Festival into a unique event format - lively, inspiring and full of possibilities. Our trade fairs create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere in which you as an exhibitor can network with Tekkies in an informal setting.
